We install what we sell. If you want specialized trained professionals to install our products, we have a select group of contractors or in-house personell that can help. They uphold our high expectations for service and quality, and have received specialized training from our vendors on how to ensure maximum performance, durability, and years of trouble free service from our windows and doors. We also offer free consultations and training if you already have a builder.

Victor Showroom

Our showrooms are the best in the area, see and touch your options in our showroom. We appreciate that your time and budget are important and want to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.

Conference Room/Library
We provide a conference table where you can sit down by yourself, or with your builder, to review your plans and ideas. Our library can assist in answering many questions, help with researching your options, and give you plenty of ideas for your home.

We Will Come to You
When you are ready to place an order, we can come to your home to take measurements and to make sure we understand exactly what it is that you need.

We will let you know what options are available and can offer suggestions that will save you money, and improve the beauty and comfort of your home.

Delivery
When your order has arrived, we will coordinate delivery (house packages are free of charge) to your job site. This protects you from possible product damage during shipping. Everything is inspected carefully when we receive it and before leaving our warehouse, so that we know you are receiving the quality product you deserve.

Customer Service
Customer service does not stop at delivery. If things don’t fit or operate properly, we stand behind what we sell. We will come to your home to correct any problems. Many of the products we sell are guaranteed for life, and we want to be the window and door supplier that you turn to for service and future needs.

Locksets&Hardware
We have over 100 locksets, knobs, and handles on display. When you buy a lockset from us, we will re-key it, or your other locks, to match your keys. We also provide a large selection of architectural hardware not found in other stores.
